Lakeside Hills Landscaping Requirements 1. Weed, trim bushes, trim small trees, and maintain flowers of all grounds around Clubhouse to include setting area next to Marina. 2. Weed, trim bushes, trim small trees, and maintain flowers inside pool area and spray weedkiller as needed. 3. Weed, trim bushes, trim small trees, and maintain flowers around Gazebo and Fountain area. 4. Weed, trim bushes, trim small trees, and maintain flowers at Park/Setting area between 4903/4819 Lincoln Ln and spray weedkiller as needed. 5. Weed, trim bushes, trim small trees, and maintain flowers at Park Entrance at west end of Forest Park Dr and spray weedkiller as needed. 6. Materials to be supplied by Contractor: a. Weedkiller b. Tools 7. Contractor will provide proof of insurance and bonding.
