Contemplating finding a new home for my two parrots. I’m a teacher and I feel that I’m not home enough to give them the socialization that they so desperately desire and deserve.
Both have been DNA tested.
The green Quaker is a male and his name is Tiki. I purchased him from Florida as a chick and he is now two years old. He absolutely loves attention, he will fly to you wherever you are in the house, and does talk a bit when he is falling asleep or excited.
The Pineapple Conure is a female and her name is Patches. I purchased her from Indianapolis, however she was born in Texas. She is estimated from the vet to be around two years old. She has the capability to fly, but doesn’t. She mutters pretty bird. She is very nervous around new people and does bite until she gains your trust. She is a super love bug though, and due to an unknown injury in her past she was left with only one eye.
They will come with all accessories, food and huge cage that they choose to share.
Please have parrot experience and vet references. I do not have to rehome them, I am just hoping to find someone who is home more than I am and will love them to no end.
I’m located in Elizabethtown, Indiana 47232 and I’m asking $700 for all. Their cage will require a truck to move. It is also on wheels and comes with PVC pipe play gym that I made for them.
