We are seeking Part-Time Housekeepers for daytime and evening janitorial work in our commercial properties. You will be a member of a team whose objective of providing our customers with a consistently clean, safe and healthy building environment. Daytime hours: 7:30am - 2:30pm M-F Evening hours: 4pm - till M-F Responsibilities: Perform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the buildings task and frequency schedule. Tasks include: - Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. - Sweep or vacuum and mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors. - Dust work surfaces, other furniture, pictures, lights, blinds, ventilation and other horizontal and vertical surfaces. - Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls. Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap. - Clean entrance glass and other interior glass. - Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders. - Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, and time & attendance. - Operate and maintain supplies and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners. - Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor. - Other job duties as assigned. Requirements: - Work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility. - Must have ability to work independently and as a team member. - Must be able to work with minimal supervision while performing all essential duties to satisfaction and company standard. - Able to lift ~25 lbs. - Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pulling and pushing. - Must have satisfactory background check. - Minimum Age 18+ years old.
