Looking for a hard-working motivated individual for daily light Landscape and improvement work on commercial properties in San Antonio. Must have transportation and some handyman experience. Some of the duties are, but are not limited to: -Making sure the property and common areas are serviced regularly. -This includes removing trash from the property, trash bins, parking areas, sidewalks, etc. -Making sure all the indoor areas are maintained properly daily. -Painting and power washing walls and floors. -Completing all service requests set forth by the Property and Maintenance Manager.
