Cleaning floor of pig sty basement

Job is to work on cleaning out this basement that somebody was using as a pig sty (literally) years ago. Floor is covered in about 1 foot deep of pig manure mixed with plastic bags. I'm paying $2 per square foot for most of the floor where it's approx 1 foot deep cover. Ignoring the large debris pile right now. Basement has approximately 360 square feet total (you'll be paid for the amount square footage that you clean, whatever that is). It's dusty and you need respiratory protection down there. Personally I was using an N95 mask from home depot and that was working for me. However you have to decide on your own what you need. I have a new N95 mask I can provide if you want. I also have two pitch forks and a shovel. The process is moving the manure into bags and taking the bags outside. I'm building a simple ramp out of 2X12 boards to be used to move debris (and people) up and out of the basement. You will need to have gloves, boots, long sleeves, etc. Note I am video recording this process streaming or posting it on youtube. You must be: (1) OK with shoveling this nasty stuff. (2) Able to use a pretty basic ramp to get up and down out of the basement. (3) Not afraid of finding some gross stuff.
