As a Lead Installer, you will work closely with the Foreman to complete residential and small commercial solar installation projects. You will also guide, coordinate and oversee fellow installers. Responsibilities: Installation of roof-mounted solar systems Racking and solar array assembly Sealing all roof penetrations Trenching, concrete work and equipment assembly Project clean up Qualifications: Must be a proven leader and problem solver Previous solar installation experience Prior experience leading teams of 3-5 Electrical and/or roofing experience Strong attention to detail Be 21 years of age or older Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have reliable transportation Must be customer service oriented Positive "can do" attitude is critical Valid CA driver's license Outgoing personality with a professional disposition What we provide: We offer a solid pathway to a successful and fulfilling work-life Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401k A background check will be conducted for this position and must meet company’s driving’s insurance guidelines.
