LANDSCAPER / GARDENER / YARD HELP NEEDED Wanted Independent Contractors With Some Gardening / Landscape Experience WHO WE ARE: We are a small gardening business located in the Seacoast Area: Epping, Exeter, Hamptons, Portsmouth and Southern Maine Area looking for independent contractors who have some gardening / landscape experience. Most of our clients hire us to care for their garden beds. We plant lots of flowers, weeding, pruning, edge, create seasonal displays and apply mulch to garden beds. Most of the time the work does not involve heavy lifting. This is an enjoyable job where you create beautiful landscapes. YOU: Some one interested in gardening and landscaping preferably you have a little gardening / landscape experience either on your own or with a professional company. This is not physically exhausting work but you should be a man or woman able to be on their feet for 6-8 hours, bend and lift throughout the day and use a shovel to dig small holes for planting. You should enjoy working outdoors, We do not work in the rain or extreme heat. Generally, we work at a moderate pace. EXPERIENCE: You should have some gardening / landscaping experience either residential or commercial. I am sure you will learn as you go and I can train the right person if this becomes a longer term employment relationship. PAYMENT: As an independent contractor you are in control of our own work hours and you will be paid per hour after a few days work. As an independent contractor you are free to work for anyone else. We pay $18.00/hour for new independent contractors and more for established contractors. As an independent contractor you will need to fill out a W-9 form and so that you will receive from us a 1099 at the end of the year. Also, where you will be working on other people’s properties I ask for a copy of your drivers license as ID. We have a lot of work and can offer multiple projects throughout the next few months.
