Looking to expand a crew of 2-3 seasoned, skilled laborers, will train into specific positions; however, must have (at least one) reference(a) from reliable employment because (THEY) WILL BE CHECKED! What’s The Job; • We WILL do the transporting to and from job sites, but would prefer an actively licensed for future, solo work, load disbursement • This is a TEMPORARY TRAINING POSITION while we weed through the most qualified candidates in order to offer a FULL TIME CONTRACTED POSITIONS to those aforementioned • Therefore, the hours that will be mandatory requisite for availability/on-call work are; Monday - Friday from 7am-7pm Of course not every day will have a job and not every day starts and ends at 7a-7p but we do require you to be able to work if needed • Overtime and extra hours may be available on weekends, if desired, Saturday from 10am-5pm ‼️About The Bread; We pay out in cash or transfer every Friday for the exact week we’re on‼️ The nitty-gritty; • Must be able to work in AZ weather, summers are hot and the “winter” is cold please have experience and understanding of this, as well as, ability to regulate your own limits • Attic work means actively going through the hatch, learning attic safety and having the ability to step lightly; you’ll need to be agile while moving around in (often VERY small) cramped quarters • Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking assistants are a great bonus, especially here in AZ, the caveat is you must be able to read and write English well enough to communicate with clientele and vendors • Must be able to consistently lift, move and carry over 50lbs. bend, squat, stretch, reach, climb up/down ladders, and/or otherwise exert yourself throughout the shift; so please make sure you don’t have an injury that’s going to be under further strain as a result and make sure to be aware of your own limitations • Must be EXTREMELY trustworthy, we do enter people’s homes and businesses, thus we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for anything that would sacrifice trust and respect from our clients • Must be able to take/pass random UA, especially if handling heavy equipment Some Examples of Services We Provide; Extractions Blown-In Net Blows Fire Restoration Duct Work/Sealing Hauling Job Site Clean-Up And Much More!
