I'm hiring full time workers now to help with the demo and other construction phases. You must be strong enough to be able to pick up some heavy stuff, and must be willing to do hard work as construction is not a light job and hard work is in its nature. Must speak English. I don't like family dramas and inconsistency. I want a reliable, honest and respectful worker that wants to have a steady job to come in on-time and work as he is instructed and finish what he started. Must have a cellphone with good connection and must be good in communication as I require photos of the job progress every 2 hours to be texted to me. You will get paid every week on Tuesday. It is a 1099 position, so you are responsible for your taxes at the end of the year.
