Clean Lots LLC. is hiring Interior Construction Cleaners, Pressure Washers, and Skilled Punch-out. We clean newly built homes in and around the Huntsville, Al area.  Normal hours are from 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday.  We pay weekly and promote within. All work is dispatched through our mobile app that updates schedules in real time. We report straight to the field and back home every day.  Minimal experience required. Must be dependable, reliable, and responsive.  We do not provide transportation. Post Construction Interior Cleaner We work in unoccupied new homes. Size of the homes range from 1200 square feet to 10,000 with an average around 3,000 square feet. We have 5 different cleans. - Sweeping– before or after sheetrock and sometimes includes picking up trash around the house. - Rough Clean– Once water and power is available and following the painting of the home, we clean all bathrooms, kitchen and the entire house. We leave the protective floor covering on for now and sweep the top. - Windows– We clean the glass, frames and tracks. We even cut the sheetrock around the frames.
Final– Once the builder is ready for his inspection we will clean the entire house including pulling up the protective cardboard off of the floor. - Re-cleans- Just like the final but a lot easier since the final has been done. - Touch ups- Just like a re-clean but every time we clean a house it gets easier to clean. We clean each house 5 to 6 times. The house most consist of sales traffic. Pressure Washer We pressure wash brand new concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs, garages, brick/ siding and clean high windows with an extension ladder and a razor blade.  Most of the dirt we clean is red clay that can stain the driveway and comes off very easily. We do supply equipment and a van.  Must have a good driving record.  We work in large neighborhoods that provide an assembly line of work.  Some neighborhoods we pressure wash 5 houses next door to each other. Skilled Punch Out We provided skilled punch out services to new home builders. Services include trim installation, painting, adjusting doors, changing light bulbs, caulking and all other home repair skills. We also install anchor bolts.
