We run a single-family home maintenance company that services more than 10,000 homes in the Southeast. We are looking for skilled and hard-working handy people to assist in maintaining our clients' homes, as well as the grounds and associated residential spaces. Your job responsibilities will include sheetrock repairs, plumbing, electrical, flooring patches, and odd jobs around the home. You will also respond to tenants' requests for maintenance services, including, but not limited to replacing air filters, installing new locks, and troubleshooting smoke detectors. You need to have the ability to communicate well within apps, and with our technician staff.
