DESCRIPTION:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of construction heavy equipment in both a shop
and field environment
• Abide by all safety policies and procedures and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs included but are not limited to cooling, air, brake, pump, hydraulic, lights,
engine, transmissions, drive-train, clutches and steering.
• Notify manager of maintenance or repairs that cannot be performed in-house.
• Work additional hours in accordance with business needs and other demands of the position.
• Work closely with team members to prioritize work flow to meet deadline.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Must Possess tools for the position
• Ability to work 10-12 hours per day + Saturdays
• Mechanical experience of at least 3 years troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing all types of construction
equipment preferred
• Safely and properly operate and inspect machines, vehicles, and/or engines to diagnose defects
• Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, and Diesel Engine
• Welding and fabrication are a plus
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up
to 90 pounds
• Frequent exposure to the elements
• DRIVER’S LICENSE (CLASS B a plus)
SCHEDULE:
• Monday thru Friday 10-12 hours per day
• Weekend availability

• Based on Experience
