Looking for a team to service the Jacksonville area. Standard services will include lock changes, lawn maintenance, trashouts, sales cleans, winterizations, roof tarping, and shrub trimming etc..we do provide bids for our clients, these are not excessive but they do generate additional work MUST have experience in the REO field. MUST be able to communicate ( if something is wrong at a job site, CALL, if you cannot get to a work order by the due date, EMAIL etc, MUST be able to follow photo and procedure guidelines as our clients are very specific, MUST be tech savvy enough to share photos through a photos sharing website either by laptop OR by phone app Please respond with your NAME, and a contact number/email address.
