Northgate Manor Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join us at a 224 unit community in Greece, NY. Responsibilities include: - Prior apartment maintenance experience - Knowledge and experience in all facets of maintenance; Painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, dry wall, furnace repair, - Prior 1+ years team supervision experience including training and performance maintenance skills. - Reliable transportation and valid drivers' license. - Ability to lift to a maximum 100 lbs. on occasion with frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. - Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills required for interaction with residents, visitors, housing authority representatives, and team members. - Required to assist with on-call emergencies with team members and must be able to respond to calls within 30 minutes when on-call.
