We are a small family-owned business looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our crew members and manage the daily operational aspects of the business. In this role you will work with customers, vendors, and all staff members to continue the high level of customer service and satisfaction our clients have come to expect over the past 35 years. Duties Include: • Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments for efficiencies and field routing • Interact with clients to verify orders and schedule appointments • Review orders prior to and after work is completed • Oversee fleet maintenance • Insure proper maintenance of equipment • Monitor time and hours of technicians • Track inventory of chemicals and cleaning products, ordering when necessary • Coordinate and manage pick up/delivery as well as the cleaning and storage of seasonal work brought in house • Monday through Friday work schedule Skills needed: • Exceptional customer service skills • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred • 1-3 years Management experience is required • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong decision making and problem solving ability • Experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning helpful • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Basic truck/vehicle knowledge • Mechanical inclination
