Young male kitten good with small dogs and other cats

Edited- Older cat was not working out trying to rehome as he has never been around kids or dogs so my next door neighbor took him and he is fine because they have another older cat and I see him everyday. I have a pair of cats (ONLY THE KITTEN NEEDS A HOME NOW) that need a home due to unforseen circumstances with my husband's health and allergies. The kitten is 4 months old and is due for his shots and needs to be neutered he was a rescue from a bad living environment. The kitten loves everybody and we had him around my brothers small dog and other cats and he was fine and my nieces played with him as well so because he is still young he is an attention hog so needs to go to a home with another playmate. Small rehoming fee applies but nego to the right home,will come with some food and his scratching post. The kitten is very playful and rambunctious but has never scratched or bit us we have had him since he was 3 weeks old and I bottle fed him until he was weaned onto dry food. He is litter box trained and very smart for his age. We are located in Aurora near downtown by the Metra station. Will not drive him out must pick up in person. Or at a public place nearby to me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME BY REPLYING IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF SHOWING UP I HAVE HAD 2 NO SHOWS ALREADY!!
