Help with my shoulder pain please

I am looking for somebody that thinks they can help with my shoulder pain. Maybe a PT (or used to be one) or athletic trainer at a HS or college? I can pay a reasonable fee (cash or zelle) as my insurance does not cover PT. I have a slight labrum tear that does not keep me from doing most of what I need to do daily but it can be hard to sleep at night and tennis is out for now. I would love to be able to sleep through the night again and possibly get back on the tennis court. Just looking for somebody who will accept a fee to show me some exercises, stretches, etc that will work to reduce the pain. If you think you can help I hope to hear from you.
