Skills Required - Prep drywall, walls, sand, mud, tape - Experience with rolling, knowledge of how to use a spray machine a plus - Quality customer service and communication skills Qualifications - Must have own basic tools (such as a drill to put on outlet covers, take blinds down; ladders, painter's tape, paint etc.. provided) - Must have a valid driver's license and transportation - Must have a phone and be proficient enough with technology in order to use apps to maintain a daily record of work completed - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs on a regular basis Benefits - We offer competitive pay, depending on experience - Steady full-time hours - Medical and dental - Weekly pay - Possible use of company vehicle, gas included About Us Habitation is a locally-owned construction and property maintenance company.
