We are looking for a reliable and talented groundskeeper and laborer to landscape and maintain properties. We are a fun hardworking crew ready for a reliable addition to the team! Skills required - Knowledge of tools and techniques needed to maintain curb appeal in both trades - Labor duties may include demo on vacant units, hauling and dump runs, assisting with deliveries and inventory + more - Groundskeeping duties may include changing light bulbs, making key copies, simple handyman jobs such as installing light covers, kitchen and bath hardware + more - Landscaping duties include mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, watering plants, general gardening + more - Quality customer service and communications skills Qualifications - 1-2 years experience - Must have own basic tools and be mechanically proficient - Must have valid driver's license and transportation, good driving record - Must have a smart phone and be proficient enough with technology in order to use apps to maintain a daily record of work completed - Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs on a regular basis Benefits - Competitive pay, depending on your experience - Steady full-time hours - Medical and dental - Weekly pay - Possible use of company car About Us Habitation is a locally-owned construction and property maintenance company.
