The Situation: Traveling Partner Proving Grounds. All Candidates: Must posses specialized knowledge and proven experience pertinent to business operations in Accounting & Finance or sales & Marketing however proven specialists in the arts or technologies will be considered on a case by case basis. Strongest candidates will posses a College degree. Exceptionally Strong work ethic, reliable autonomy, and organization skills are a must in addition to the Ability to self-educate and reliably problem solve on a regular basis. They are decisive, confident, and can clearly, concisely, expediently, and appropriately justify their position within their scope of practice. Must posses strong interpersonal skills in a persuasive and/or managerial or leadership capacity. Posses a positive attitude and a high tolerance for occasional undesirable or uncomfortable situations and the ability to maintain forward focus while overcoming challenges or obstacles. Must be available for scheduled periods of on-call status and responsive within a reasonable period of time. Candidates will posses one of two of the following Qualifications: Qualification A: Non-Traveling, Telecommute. Candidate is able to contractually contribute $1M or more to partnership. Must be able to furnish proof of ability to contribute directly or by certification from a licensed CPA or lawyer. Qualification B: Whereas candidate does not qualify for Candidate-A position, Candidate will be expected to travel 100% of the time with a business partner and should anticipate sustained travel for 6 consecutive months or more. This candidate is experienced in comfortably and intentionally engaging persons in unknown situations and non-routine environments. This person will be assessed for candidacy to fulfill a future executive company role. No offer for Member/Shareholder percentage will be offered or available for negotiation prior to this candidate undertaking travel with other partners.
