Company seeking a well versed, reliable, and skilled maintenance technician for its multi-property, multifamily operation in the Riverside area. Must have a minimum of 2 years general labor experience. Must be well versed and expedient in handling general labor/work orders. General labor requirements are: *Painting *Repairs, *Plumbing, *Electrical repairs. The technician must be a reliable team player, and have an ability to complete work within the required time allotment. Must be able to work and adhere to supervision.
