Shepherd Mix to good home

We have an 8 month old puppy named Remington. He looks like a Dutch Shepherd. He's very sweet and playful! Needs a backyard and probably kids older than 10. (He's a little too feisty with our 6 year old). We are only rehoming him because he's attacked our tortoises. We've tried multiple ways to train him, but he's not very food motivated and he keeps attacking them. He can jump very high and loves to snuggle! Loves kids, couches, and non-prey animals (high prey drive and loves reptiles too much). Mostly potty trained and sleeps in a crate. I have his crate, toys, food, and his blanket. He's a great dog, but not the best fit for our family. Asking for $500 for rehoming fee to make sure you can provide a good home and we are providing his items. He loves peanut butter, bell peppers, and tummy rubs. This was a hard decision for our family, so please respect that. We'd appreciate who adopts him send us updates. Please email me for pictures.
