Found square mans ring in silver or white gold

While walking on main street in Charlton, OR I found a mans ring. Its square and larger in size with an inscription on the inside. Given the nature of the value, monitary as well as the sentimental, I’m not posting a photo, as I’d really like to return this ring to its rightful owner.
