Property Management Company is seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician, highly skilled with light plumbing, minor electrical, basic carpentry, sheetrock repairs, interior painting, landscaping/irrigation, etc. The Maintenance Technician will turn over vacant rental properties in addition to maintaining tenant occupied properties. This position is not based at an apartment complex. Applicants must be honest, reliable and efficient, have excellent verbal written and digital communication skills. Applicants must be able to follow directions, own a reliable pickup truck, have a valid Nevada driver's license, tools and smartphone with camera, email and text capabilities as well as a home scanner/printer. Because chosen applicant will enter occupied residences, applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and willing to receive Covid-19 booster shot(s) when/if available and recommended and provide proof. Proof of vaccination will be verified. Applicants must be non-smokers and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening as well as a criminal history background search.
