We are looking for talented in-house hardwood floor refinisher / Installer One who has experience installing and refinishing or one who is willing to learn. Our company focuses on higher end products and processes. We are looking for people with the following traits: -Ones has pride in what they do. -Never stop learning Attitude -Attention to detail. We trust the team to do the right thing and be able to critically think to solve problems. -Hard working. -Open communication/being proactive. -Mutual respect/care for others MUST HAVE Valid New Jersey drivers license with a clean driving record.
