We are currently looking for a hard worker who is willing to get whatever tasks needed done. This role does a little bit of everything. Main responsibilities include:
Lifting and carrying heavy items (lumber, scaffolding, tile and more).
Basic maintenance and custodial tasks: cleaning, trash disposal, painting, spackling and general property care.
Assisting in packing, shipping and loading of materials.
The ideal person for this role:
Able to lift up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
Possesses good verbal and listening skills.
Possesses a valid driver's license.
