I am looking for someone with knowledge of building residential homes and extensive remodel knowledge long term is a possibility as we expand. But for today I just need someone who knows how to frame decks, and has there own truck and tools. I'll pay you $300 -$400 just for today if you can come in and bust out the job I have for you which is really easy, if you are willing to do this then we can talk about more work. I am just looking for someone with the knowledge to finish pretty much any job I give them involving residential construction. I will pay you very well. Like I said, come in today bust this out, show me I can count on you then you will make good money doing it and if you don't want to do the work then after today you can leave no questions asked.
