Looking to place elderly cat

Have been fostering older female cat until the right fit came along to rehome her. She is very timid but sweet when she becomes comfortable with you. Just wants to sleep and be pet.. i would keep her but i have dogs and a child who she is constantly hiding from. I will NOT just send her to anybody so if you are interested expect some screening. References are helpful as well.
