Drywall Repair needed

Our condo association is in need of a drywall person that can repair our smoke walls in our attic spaces. Over time different cable workers have punched holes in these walls and we need them repaired. There are about 15-20 of them in total. We need someone to enter these attic spaces and go into the attics and repair them. Our maintenance man will escort you the entire time and assist with a ladder as you have to enter the condo units individually to get into the attic spaces. We prefer to have someone who has his own 'established' drywall business as we will need a company invoice showing the work was from a company. Even a 1-person operation is fine as long as you are established and have references. Things to know: We need to know your hourly rate. We will have the drywall, mud, and tape. I don't know how long this will take. We will need to schedule entry with the affected unit owners to get into their units but will have the units ready for you to go in ahead of time. We can pay once per week with an Association check. These smoke walls don't need to be done al together at one time but we would like a steady progression and would like to get them done totally in the next 45 days or so.
