Experienced and RELIABLE Maintenance/Handyman Professional Needed for Immediate Hire! We are a Property Management Company servicing Various Residential Property Types (Apartment Complexes, Multiple Family Units, Single Family Units, etc). We are offering a Full Time Position to any Highly Experienced Handyman, in all the areas that are required to perform Normal property maintenance, renovation, upgrade/update (paint, tile, plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, fencing, cleaning, landscaping, construction, roofing, etc). Position is Considered/Offered as an "Independent Contractor" (1099). You are responsible for filing your own taxes and other obligations. NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND! Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pay: $100 - $150 Per Day (DEPENDING on Experience and Subject to Change) Please have Resume in hand and be ready to provide references at the time of the Interview.
