Description

Property Maintenance Technican needed for multiple beachside residences. You will be responsible for lawn care, continuous trimming of landscaping, weeding, and gardening. You will also be responsible for regular outside maintenance of the residences. Employee would preferably have experience in this field, but we are willing to train any motivated candidate. Employee must have working cellular phone, reliable independent transportation, and references. Verification of a Covid vaccine is also required. Wages and hours will be determined at hiring.
