We're looking to hire an Operations Manager for Mesken (www.meskenhome.com), a direct-to-consumer brand for high quality, affordable custom window treatments (drapes and shades).
As Operations Manager, you will lead all aspects of day-to-day operations at a thriving start-up disrupting a key segment of the home improvement industry.
The main responsibilities in this role will include:
* leading our fulfillment team tasked with conducting quality control, assembling products and packaging orders
* managing inventory of spare parts
* tracking incoming and outgoing shipments
* coordinating on-site measurements, client consultations and installations
Ideal candidates should be:
* enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic e-commerce start-up
* eager to learn and grow in a multifaceted, hands-on role
* able to work effectively both independently and within a small team
The role will start out as 2-3 days per week with the potential to become a full time position with more responsibility over the next few months.
