Small, family run property management company looking to expand its handyman/technician team. We are looking for someone with maintenance/repair experience with good time management, and can be left alone to complete jobs in and around properties located throughout Brooklyn, and Queens. Buildings/worksites clustered around East New York, Bushwick, Ridgewood, Williamsburg. Occasional work sites to the Bronx and Long Island. Applicants should have experience *Painting, Plastering, Sanding Walls *Replacing Sheetrock, Compounding walls *Minor leak repairs, (trap replacement, washer replacements, sink repair, replacements) *Minor electrical repairs (replacing outlets, finding shorts, replacing light fixtures) *General apartment turnover (deep cleaning, spot touch ups) Experience interacting with tenants a plus. Experience working within a team environment a plus. Spanish speaking a plus.
