2 Day Networking Event in Traverse City, Michigan. Traverse City Networking Meetup Traverse City is one of the most beautiful places in Michigan! This will be our first time going to northern Michigan to host an event! This will be a unique 2-day experience. Shooters bring any props and equipment you'd like and be sure to keep your setup mobile. We will be hiking a bit, so wagons may be hard to bring on the hike. Models, bring as many outfits as you can fit in your bag! We will have a changing tent! This meetup will be a 2-day networking event. There are 3 ticket tiers, so choose the one that best fits you! Schedule: Day 1 Friday, August 27th: 4 pm - 5 pm - Check-in at the Courtyard by Marriott (3615 W South Airport Rd West, Traverse City, MI 49684) 6 pm - 8 pm - Hippy Tree and the Old Hospital/Asylum area After 8 pm - Unofficial networking at The Workshop Brewing Company (221 Garland St, Traverse City, MI 49684) Day 2 Saturday, August 28th: 10 am - 11 am - Check out of Courtyard by Marriott Grab a bite in the morning and bring snacks, because we won't be having dinner until about 5 pm or 6 pm! 12 pm - 3 pm - Shoot at a small arcade (346 E Front St, Traverse City, MI 49684), then shooting multiple locations along the beach ending at Clinch Park and Clinch Park Beach (111 E Grandview Pkwy, Traverse City, MI 49684). [@ApolloLLC]) Harassment Policy: We understand that sometimes the Photographers/Videographers will have to direct the models/performers, but ALWAYS ask for consent/permission before doing anything. There should be a clear and concise understanding between both parties. If you are ever uncomfortable with anyone and they are harassing or making unwanted advances towards you, please let the group leaders know and proper actions will be taken. Safety Measures: Since there are many COVID variants roaming around, we expect photographers to be masked at all times and models to be masked when switching locations. Temperatures will be checked prior to the start of the event each day. Ticket Policy: We have limited tickets, so if you need to cancel, contact us and cancel your ticket 48 hours before the event so we can distribute the ticket to someone else! (There are no refunds within the 48 hour cancelation period.)
