Seeking musician to perform acoustic set - guitar, banjo, ukelele, etc

Thank you for reading this post! I'm helping to organize a fundraiser, and we're looking for musicians to entertain our guests. The event is called the End of Summer Shebang! It will be at Whitney Pond Park in Manhasset on Long Island. It will be held on August 29th at 2pm. The rain date is September 12th. Please note that this is an outdoor venue. This event is a tribute to Roya Davoodnia, who was a student at Great Neck South High School. She devoted her life to charity and community service. She was very active in the Key Club and Environmental Club. She also inaugurated Kindness Week, and she popularized the phrase "Random Acts of Kindness" throughout her school. Sadly, Roya was diagnosed with cancer, and she passed away in 2001. However, she's never been forgotten. Her friends and family have always held her memory close to their hearts. In recent years, Roya's sister has been working on a project to honor her legacy. She wants to build a state-of-the-art playground at Whitney Pond Park. This playground is intended to help children develop confidence, to inspire them to use their imaginations, and to encourage them to gain a love for the outdoors. In short, it will be the perfect tribute to Roya's life. The End of Summer Shebang is meant to bring attention to this worthwhile cause. We've already booked comedian/puppeteer Harrison Bryan to be our headliner. We also have DJ Wyze, who will be bringing a bubble jam to the affair. At this time, we'd like to find a few more acts to round out the show. We're open-minded about the kinds of performances to be included. We just want to make sure that it's family-friendly and entertaining to people of all ages. We're happy to consider guitarists, singers, banjo, ukelele, jugglers, magicians, barbershop quartets, a capella groups, instrumentalists of all kinds, or anything else you can think of! As mentioned above, this is an outdoor concert, so acoustic instruments are preferable. Please note that this event is a fundraiser. We don't have a budget to pay professional artists, because we want all proceeds to be used in support of the community project. However, we expect this to be a beautiful day in the park, and we hope that it will be enjoyable for all of our participants.
