Come dance the night away with us for a great cause! Support Toledo families suffering from effects of addiction! This is a one hour cardio dance class set to popular music! This event is great for all fitness levels and open to all ages 16 and over! We will be dancing away the night and GLOWING with support for a local charity, The Hero Project 419. A little about their mission: This project is meant to empower people that have had substance abuse in their family to understand that their feelings, stories, and perspective on the issue also have meaning. It is meant to acknowledge the secondary impact that substance abuse has on families. At The Hero Project, we believe that we can uplift others through emotional healing, self-accountability, and fitness. I am SO excited to support their mission while having a fantastic time working out with everyone! Here's the details: Where: Routines Dance Fitness Studio- 2121 S. Reynolds Rd, Toledo When: Saturday, Sept 25th, 7:30pm- 9:30pm Cost- $12/person (includes1 admission, snacks, 2 glow bracelets) What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable working out in such as shorts, yoga pants, t-shirts/tanks, and comfortable, supportive tennis shoes. Wear something that will glow in black lights! What to bring: Bring a water bottle, towel, and feel free to bring your own additional glow items to shine even brighter! T-shirts will be available for sale during the event to also help support the mission of The Hero Project 419!
