Skilled Maintenance Worker Campion Center, Inc. 319 Concord Road Weston, MA 02493 Great opportunity has opened for a Full-time Skilled Maintenance Associate at Campion Center, Inc. with great pay, excellent benefits, great work hours, and friendly work environment! We operate a 5 – star skilled nursing facility, a rest home, and a conference and renewal center. Our beautiful facility is in Weston, MA, conveniently just minutes off Route 128. At Campion, you will be able to contribute your specialized knowledge to resolve technical challenges in the infrastructure of the building. Some responsibilities for this position include: • Applying general knowledge of building and equipment maintenance. • Ability to complete tasks both inside and outside the facility. • Ability to repair manuals and schematics. Candidates Must: • Possess good interpersonal skills. • Have a valid Massachusetts drivers’ license with acceptable driving record. • Read and write in English. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. On a rotational schedule, will be required to be on call 24 hours a day/7 day a week, outside of the normal. An additional fee is paid for being on-call! REQUIREMENTS Physical requirements of this job include routine bending and lifting and pushing equipment. The job is performed by standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of 50 pounds. Other criteria include the ability to function independently; the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies; the ability to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly and upset residents within the facility.
