Exciting opportunity to work for a growing real estate development company in Shelton, CT. Applicants should have multiple years experience in the construction field with a strong understanding of residential construction practices. The available job is for full-time work. The ideal candidate has a carpentry background (framing & finish) with the desire to transition into a full-time project manager/construction supervisor role in the future. Job Responsibilities: - Picking up materials from vendors and delivering to jobsites as needed - Miscellaneous carpentry and labor tasks (framing & finish) - Supervising subcontractors when the project manager is unable to be on site - Effectively communicate job expectations with all subcontractors - Job site clean-up Must have: - Valid driver's license - Vehicle (pick-up truck preferred) - English speaking - Residential Construction knowledge
