Grins & Giggles Fundraiser Comedy Show Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 25, 2021. It’s the return of the “Laughter is the Best Medicine Comedy Tour’s, “Grins and Giggles Fundraiser Comedy Show”, featuring, LBC native, Christina "Ellavation" Wilson aka Ella the Spella Wilson, along with, special guest comedian from the 757, Lamont Ferg" Ferguson! The show will be held in the Kenbridge Town Hall Auditorium and we’re fixin' to crank it up in the LBC! We’d love to see your face in the place, so come with your “dollar, dollar bills” yawl, and let’s have a ball and donate to this very worthy cause. The evening kicks off with a local talent show starting at 6:00pm. Got talent? If so, please submit a one-minute video submission to: [email protected]. Talent submissions must be appropriate/ family oriented. Calling all LBC students past and present to represent. This is for a worthy cause and we need your support! Tickets are only $10.00 but we encourage you do donate as much as you’d like as this is a fundraiser. Christina "Ellavation" Wilson aka "Ella the Spella the Phenomenal Storytella" is a unique Giggle Hustler & Motivational Comedienne, who passionately infuses the art spelling & storytelling to "ellavate, captive & motivate her audiences one letter and one story at a time!  She believes laughter is universal and can heal many alimnents, such as stress, depression, high blood pressure, diabets, speeding, bad credit and bitterness! Her desire is to take the L.I.G.M.C.C.T all across the DMV as well as the world (heck, if you're going to dream, dream big, dummy)! The bible says it best: Proverbs 17:22 (ASV) "A cheerful heart is a good medicine; But a broken spirit drieth up the bones" and we need more of it in this day and age! Laughter Is Good Medicine and the best part about it: there' no deductible or prescription necessary, however; a small co-pay may sometimes be required! :)
