During this time, he oversaw culture, leadership development, and human resources. As an executive, he enabled the growth of Infusionsoft from $20 million to $100+ million in revenues and from 170 to 650+ employees. He developed and scaled culture initiatives that resulted in Infusionsoft being named by Fortune Magazine and Great Places to Work as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women, one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials and 13th best medium-sized company. Throughout his career, he has been a culture architect and evangelist that unifies and connects people and culture to business strategy.
