This Dahlia. she ( hopefully) wearing a black collar with a gold heart name tag which had my friends sisters number on it. my friend dad was traveling with her from Idaho to Florida. He stopped in O'Fallon at Candle wood suites and left the window down a little and she got out. Please if u see her or cought her please. let us know so she can get home to her mama in Florida.
