Just a little introduction for those of you who don't know me!
My name is Shelley and I have been a Starting Strength Coach for 10+ years. I am also married to your head coach, Josh Wells.
I'm hosting an all-ladies event to meet everyone, coach, hang out and offer a Q&A on any and all topics related to women and strength training. Do you have a friend who is on the fence about barbells? Sign her up for a free intro below.
The schedule for the Ladies Only Open House will be as follows:
2:00 - 2:45pm - 1st training session*2:45 - 3:30pm - 2nd training session*3:30 - 5:00pm - Social and Q&AA few of the male coaches will be there to assist with the training portion, then we can kick them out if preferred!
