Looking for a detail oriented cleaner to clean vacant apartments top to bottom. Must have experience and references. Schedule is flexible and can be consistent for someone who if willing to work hard and show an attention to detail. $20 an hour, paid as an independent contractor (1099 at the end of the year), paid weekly.
