LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart is hosting a Fall Wine Dinner on Friday, September10, 2021, with live music by Julia James. Our Fall Wine Dinner, Highlighting Pinot Noir Wines, will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the LEX 530 Event Center in Elkhart, IN. This Wine Dinner will feature premium wines selected by LEX 530 Wine Director, Stan Minden, to pair perfectly with LEX 530 Executive Chef Chad Coryn’s delectable four-course dinner. The wines have not yet been finalized. This dinner will feature live music by Julia James! THE COURSES: Reception: Passed hors d’oeuvres. Paired with an assortment of different wine options. 1st Course: Parisienne Gnocchi: oyster mushrooms + brown butter emulsion + gruyere. 2nd Course: Grilled Pacific Swordfish: roasted fingerling potatoes + pasilla chile sauce. 3rd Course: Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast: Swiss chard + kuri squash + pomegranate wine reduction. 4th Course: Cheese Flight We look forward to seeing everyone at this delightful Fall-Inspired Wine Dinner. There is limited seating for this event and we expect it to fill up fast. We are located at 530 E. Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. Guests must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID. Tickets are $100.00 (tax not included). Please purchase your ticket by noon on Friday, September 3. Menu is subject to change at Chef Chad’s discretion.
