Description
I'm looking to permanently re-home my 3.5 year old female Siberian Husky (Ruby) & 7 year old Malamute (Tank). They are both fixed, housebroken, micro-chipped, up to date on all shots, licensed in Amador County, they know how to sit & lay down. I would prefer to keep them together, but if I can't, I can't. I use Dr. Crunk from Pine Grove Vet Clinic.
We volunteered to evacuate early for the Caldor Fire, our house is 3 miles (as the crow flies) away from the Southern border of the fire. They both have recently been groomed by Petco grooming service on 07/31/21, (I do the de-shed spa treatment every 8 weeks and yes it's expensive $200). They are spoiled rotten.
Tank has a bit of separation anxiety, he doesn't like to be alone, he sleeps most of the time. He's older, and tolerates Ruby tugging on him and playing with him, she keeps him young. Tank is a rescue from Amador Co. Animal Control, I've had him for about 2 years.
They are a strain, and financial burden on our marriage of 3 years, and the fire evac has pushed my mental health. Very stressed out. I'm very sad to re-home them. I will include all their Heartguard heartworm preventative chews, and Nextguard Flea & Tick preventative chews, leashes, harnesses, dog bowls, dog toys, food, canned food...
Ruby is a typical husky personality, escape artist, little mouthy. She is very smart and wants to do her own thing. She's about 45lbs, very small and short husky. She likes to play tug with rope. Light blue eyes, gray & white coat.
Tank is about 72lbs, small for a malamute. He has a lot of broken teeth, mostly gums. Doesn't like dogs sniffing him, but not aggressive. Light blue eyes, off-white coat.
I don't have kids/cats, I'm not sure how they will interact.
