Available Maintenance Tech position to join our team in the Multi-Family Industry. Some industry experience is preferred, skills that can be applied will be welcomed. Responsibilities Include: Unit turns-in prep for move in, work orders (appliance, plumbing, minor electrical, etc,) grounds & common area, on-call rotation.
