Meet your hosts and facilitators: Chris Wilson, is a men’s coach, facilitator and conscious human being who identifies as male. He lives in San Francisco, CA with his Fiancé Anna and their cat Chesterfield. He’s the founder of The Unshakable Man Brotherhood and host of The Unshakable Man Podcast. In 2016, while working in software sales he experienced a massive anxiety attack that re-connected him with his body, mind, and soul in new and profound ways. This experience motivated Chris from a place of awe (appreciation and fear) inspiring him to reassess his values and identity as a tough, goal-oriented man. Now, after a 3-year "mesearch" process and 2 years of rebuilding his life from the inside out he's found his calling and mission creating The Unshakable Man Brotherhood - a community of conscious men holding space for connection, healing, and growth. He considers this work to be his lifetime personal practice and his greatest gift that he could share with the world. He hopes all men can come to discover that vulnerability is not a weakness. Vulnerability is a man's pathway to transformation, self-discovery, learning, purpose, and wholeness. Julian Sproul has been leading and sitting in men's groups for the last several years throughout the Bay Area. In 2019, right before his 30th birthday, Julian had a "dark night of the soul" experience that started him on his conscious healing journey and led him to finding Men's Work and receiving the potent medicine of being witnessed by and supported by a group of caring men. Since then he has been involved with a variety of different men's group communities over the last several years including the ManKind Project, Evryman, The Unshakable Man Brotherhood, John Wineland's The Path of the Embodied Masculine, & Shems Heartwell's The Men's Passage. Through these experiences, Julian has learned how to create safe, trusting containers where men can be able to connect with their own emotions and feelings so that they can learn to love and accept themselves and those in their lives that much more deeply. Julian is also a Level 1 Certified Meditation Teacher through Anchor Meditation and loves to bring in different modalities of meditation and mindfulness, mindful movement, Qi Gong, and other energy practices into his men's work. Julian is honored to be co-facilitating with his fellow San Francisco-based men's group brothers, Chris and Cam, to bring an introduction to men's work to the Center SF Community! Cam Bigelow immersed himself in men's work through sitting in dozens of circles and ceremonies where he had the gift of learning and continuously practicing the art of slowing down into his body and feeling and honoring his full spectrum of emotions. His journey began after a devastating breakup 2.5 years ago where he was left asking himself the question "How the hell did I end up here?" He didn't know what he needed or where to go, but ended up finding his way to his first men's circle a few weeks after the breakup. He had no concept of what "Men's Work" or "Men's Circles" was all about, but he knew and remembered how he felt - safe, open, connected, accepted, and loved. He followed that thread of feeling by diving deeper into the work month over month and year over year where he sat with men from all across the globe and worked with amazing coaches and mentors taking him even deeper. Cam then became a certified Meditation Facilitator through Anchor Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator through Revelation Breathwork where he continues to give back and serve. He's had the pleasure of facilitating healing for many men through his own practice and through The Unshakable Man. He considers holding space for another man - through Men's Groups, Meditations, or Breathwork - to be the greatest gift he gets to receive time and time again, and truly believes in the simplicity of breathing into emotions as they come up to allow them to move through the body.    The Center SF is a community oriented business that serves as a melting pot for conscious evolution through providing an unparalleled transformational and expressive space to hold events that unite mind, body and spirit for the purpose of personal growth, celebration, and global evolution.
