A day-long street festival with music, special performances, vendors, street food, and more! Our Annual Block Party will once again be held on the second block of Baltimore Avenue, from 11 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 10. Join for a day of celebration and performances, and vendors including local restaurants, caterers, businesses, non-profits, and other organizations. A limited number of new vendor spaces are available for reservation on a first come basis. The Block Party is a tremendous way to reach a broad and diverse group of attendees, while supporting CAMP Rehoboth. COVID Safety: This event will follow whatever safety protocols are in place on this date. CAMP Rehoboth staff & volunteers supporting this event are fully vaccinated. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated, and remind you that at present unvaccinated individuals are required to wear masks indoors. More stringent guidelines may be in effect at the time of this event. More stringent guidelines may also be in place for other CAMP Programs. CAMP Rehoboth Block Party Vendor Rules and Regulations All vendors must agree to adhere at all times to all rules, regulations and policies of CAMP Rehoboth, Inc. and to follow all directions and instructions of its officials and personnel. All vendors must agree to release, relieve, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless, CAMP Rehoboth, Inc., its officers and agents, the City of Rehoboth Beach and festival participants from all claims, losses, suits, dam ages, judgments, expenses, costs and charges of every kind, including without limitation, court costs, and attorney’s fees, resulting from its occupancy of the space herein under this contract by reason of personal injuries, loss of life or property damages. And to release the above organizers from any loss, theft, vandalism and/or fire during this event on October 10, 2021. CAMP Rehoboth will follow whatever COVID safety guidelines are in place at the time of this event. 1. The Block Party will be held rain or shine. The Block Party registration fee is non-refundable after September 20, 2021. 2. Set up will begin on October 10, 2021 at 8 am and must be completed by 10:30 am. The Block Party begins promptly at 11 am. Specific set up times and location of your booth will be sent to you in advance. If you do not comply with your set-up time, you will not be allowed admission for set-up. 3. Vendor Booth hours of operation will be from 11 am to 4 pm. Organizers will allocate space unless prior arrangements have been made. Participating vendors will be assigned a designated space on Baltimore Avenue. Any special vendor needs will be addressed on a case by case basis. 4. Vendors may furnish their own tents, tables, chairs, and equipment. If electricity is necessary, vendors must provide their own silent generators and have a fire extinguisher. 5. We have a limited number of 10 x 10 tents available on a first come first serve basis. One eight foot table will be provided unless otherwise indicated on the sign-up form. 6. Spaces must be kept neat and clean. 7. Vendors must remain open until 4 pm closing time. No exceptions. 8. All food vendors must hold and display current food preparation and sales license and must meet all health and safety regulations required by the State of Delaware for storage and preparation of food items. 9. NO sale of alcoholic beverages will be allowed by any vendor. Alcoholic beverages sold by the restaurants on the block may not be taken off premises. 10. All vendors MUST be packed and vacated from Baltimore Avenue by 5 pm unless prior approval has been given by the organizers or the City of Rehoboth Beach. Volunteers will be on-hand to assist with general break-down but vendors are asked to leave their space clean and free of debris. 11. Please consider donating one item to the Silent Auction. Signage for the special Silent Auction Tent will be plentiful the day of the Block Party and all donated items will be displayed with vendor name and booth number so visitors can easily find you to see your sale items. The auction will end at 3 pm and winners may pick up their items shortly thereafter.
