Description
I am seeking a special setting where I caretake a property, and also the animals: cats, dogs and horses preferred. Have decades of experience and I assume various duties for the house, including, cleaning, interior painting, as well as gardening/landscaping, and related. The care of the animals/livestock is done diligently, with care and love.
Possess no criminal record. Non-smoker, non-drug-user. Very light drinker.
If you will be on a long sabbatical or out-of-state or country, I am the competent person for you! If your house is not available the whole time, I would consider a 2-bedroom in-law suite. Also open to a reduced rent situation, in lieu of compensation.
Have excellent references. Must be Franklin County as I work part-time for self.
