Description

F3 workouts are free, peer-led and always outdoors. Come start your day with a solid group of men. F3 Evanston is part of the greater F3 National organization. Open to all men, free of charge, held outdoors rain or shine, peer-led in a rotating fashion and always ends in a Circle of Trust. The 3 Fs are fitness, fellowship & faith. The last being not a specific religion, we simply ask that each man believe in something larger than himself.
